About The Position
LVN/LPN role in an outpatient clinic based at 12746 W. Jefferson Blvd., Playa Vista, California, with floating to family medicine/internal medicine (FM/IM) clinics in Culver City and other external FM/IM clinics. The clinic is high-volume, serving more than 100 patients per day across 15 providers. The LVN/LPN will draw 1–5 vials of blood from every patient.
Requirements
- Two years of experience in an outpatient setting.
- Active California LVN license at the time of submission; pending licenses are not accepted.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC.
- IV certification/qualification.
- Blood withdrawal certification/qualification.
- Recent experience or expertise with venipuncture.
- Flu vaccination; declinations and exemptions are not accepted.
Responsibilities
- Draw 1–5 vials of blood from every patient.
- Float to other FM/IM clinics as required.
