About The Position
Tryfacta is seeking an LVN / LPN for an outpatient clinic in Beverly Hills, California, for a 13-week contract assignment. The role is scheduled for five 8-hour day shifts, with the listed shift window of 07:00–19:00, and pays $45–$47 per hour. The LVN/LPN provides patient care, monitors health status, administers medication, maintains records, supports clinical procedures, and participates in care planning.
Requirements
- Hold an active California Licensed Practical Nurse license.
- Have a minimum of 1–2 years of recent hospital experience.
- Hold current BLS certification.
- Demonstrate strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Demonstrate teamwork, time management, and patient care skills.
Nice To Haves
- Travel experience is preferred.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Take and monitor patient vital signs.
- Assist patients with eating, dressing, and bathing.
- Administer medication.
- Communicate changes in patient behavior or health status to nurses, physicians, and family members.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Collect specimen samples when needed.
- Take an active part in patient care planning.
- Oversee Certified Nursing Assistants and provide training.
- Prepare patients for transfers or discharge.
- Assist in medical procedures.
- Manage emergency medical situations.
