About The Position

Tryfacta is seeking an LVN / LPN for a 13-week outpatient clinic contract assignment in Marina del Rey, California. The schedule is day shift, five 8-hour shifts per week, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for 40 hours per week. The pay rate is $45.00–$48.00 per hour. The LVN / LPN will support outpatient procedures and provide patient care, documentation, and related clinical services. The role may require floating to assigned locations. No travel experience is required, and there are no weekend or on-call requirements.

Requirements

• Active California LVN license.
• Minimum 1 year of outpatient clinic experience.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC only.
• Valid California IV certification and blood withdrawal certification.
• Must be flexible and willing to float.
• Flu vaccination is required; declinations and exemptions are not accepted.
• Two supervisor-level references from within the past year of employment are required at submission.
• Maximum 7 days of RTO; no RTO during the first two weeks.
• Scheduling requests cannot be accommodated.

Nice To Haves

• Epic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with outpatient clinic procedures, including ENT, urology, cardiology, and neurology.
• Administer medications and provide oxygen support as required.
• Perform phlebotomy, blood withdrawal, IV therapy, and blood glucose testing.
• Monitor vital signs and perform 12-lead EKG/ECG procedures.
• Assist with Foley catheter insertion and clean-catch urine collection.
• Follow infection control and PPE protocols.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and medication reconciliation.
• Float to assigned locations as required.
