About The Position
We are seeking an experienced LVN/LPN for a long-term care facility. The ideal candidate will have prior travel experience and a strong background in LTC, providing compassionate and high-quality care to residents.
Requirements
- Active Alaska LVN/LPN license (required at time of submission)
- Minimum 1 year of LTC experience
- Previous travel experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
- BLS certification required
- Strong clinical and patient care skills
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care to long-term care residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Float within scope as needed to support facility operations
