About The Position

The LVN Clinical Coordinator reviews, analyzes, uploads, and completes lab results and orders in processing center folders. The role provides timely and effective support to clinical field staff, patients, caregivers, and medical providers. The work environment is relatively busy and can be stressful at times. Travel may be required, and the coordinator must be on call at least once per month or as needed.

Requirements

• Currently licensed in the state or states in which practicing.
• CPR certified through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare, accreditation criteria, and standards.
• Support the agency's core values and goals.
• Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Work with individuals to enlist cooperation toward a common goal.
• Demonstrate critical thinking, observation, and good written and oral communication skills.
• Demonstrate problem identification and resolution skills.
• Demonstrate positive customer service skills.
• Have a current driver's license, auto liability insurance, and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Nursing experience with an emphasis in home care is preferred.
