About The Position
Touchstone Communities is seeking an LVN Charge Nurse for West Oaks Nursing and Rehab in Houston, Texas. The role leads care teams in a skilled nursing community and supports residents as whole people—mind, body, and spirit—while building meaningful, trusting relationships with residents, patients, and families. The organization describes nursing as a calling and emphasizes compassionate, clinically excellent care, service, teamwork, dignity, and respect. The available shift is 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.; the position is full-time.
Requirements
- Current and valid Texas LVN nursing license, or current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State.
