About The Position

Ben Bridge Jeweler, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway with 110 years in business and 36 stores across the United States, is seeking a full-time luxury store sales professional for its University Village store. The company is committed to providing customers with quality jewelry and an exceptional experience, aiming to build lifelong relationships. Sales Associates are described as energetic, self-starters who are passionate about jewelry, enjoy building relationships, and excel both independently and in team settings. They are responsible for showcasing merchandise with enthusiasm and creativity.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and high integrity
Be flexible with work schedule, including holidays
Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent in English
Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment; or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent

Bilingual is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Develop authentic relationships with customers by assessing their needs, making personalized product recommendations and creating a memorable experience
Cultivate an in-depth knowledge of products and provide product knowledge, features and benefits to all customer when presenting merchandise
Connect with existing and potential customers and maintain customer information utilizing company supported technology
Inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs for jewelry and timepieces
