About The Position

The Gents Place is seeking a Luxury Sales Leader for a player-coach role in Uptown, TX. This is not a traditional manager role; the successful candidate will drive revenue through their own sales performance while coaching and leading a small team to do the same. The role involves selling premium memberships ($525–$8,000/yr) and luxury retail (Creed fragrances $500+), while setting the standard for sales, service, and professionalism. The Gents Place is a national leader in luxury men’s grooming and business networking with over 17 years of success and a strong commitment to community impact. This is a sales-first leadership role for individuals ready to lead, perform, and grow in a high-standard environment.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven sales success (luxury retail, automotive, real estate, hospitality, etc.)
  • A consistent top performer who closes
  • Leads by example, not just direction
  • Polished, professional, and accountable
  • Comfortable working Saturdays (closed Sundays)

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team in personal sales performance
  • Present and close memberships and luxury retail
  • Coach and develop 2 Sales Consultants
  • Hold Grooming Specialists accountable to our sales process
  • Deliver a seamless, 5-star guest experience
