About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Luxury Service Advisor to join our team at our brand-new Lincoln facility opening this October. We are hiring now to allow time for onboarding, training, and preparation ahead of the grand opening. This is a rare opportunity for the right professional to join at the ground level of a flagship luxury facility and help shape the service culture from day one. We are looking for polished, client-focused professionals with luxury automotive experience who understand that exceptional service is about building lasting relationships, anticipating client needs, and delivering a truly premium ownership experience. Our goal is to create a first-class service environment that reflects the Lincoln brand’s commitment to luxury, hospitality, and personalized care. The right candidate will take pride in representing a high-line brand and delivering a seamless experience for every client. This is a full-time position, and we are seeking motivated, service-driven professionals who want to be part of building something exceptional.

Requirements

Minimum two years of experience with a luxury automotive brand
A polished, professional presence and attention to detail
Strong relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to anticipate client needs and deliver a premium service experience
Ability to stand for extended periods while assisting clients
Valid driver’s license
Availability to work weekends

Nice To Haves

Experience with the Lincoln brand
Familiarity with CDK or other dealership management systems
