About The Position
Bolt Farm Treehouse aims to help couples slow down, reconnect, and strengthen their relationships through intentional, deeply restorative experiences. The spa is a key part of the Bolt Farm experience, supporting couples' experiences in a nature-immersed Wellness Haven. The spa team is expanding to meet growing demand, with a fourth treatment room being added. Therapists are supported by a Spa Attendant for laundry and supplies, and a Spa Concierge for non-treatment tasks, allowing therapists to focus on their craft.
Requirements
- Active Tennessee massage therapy license in good standing
- Availability for a fixed 4-day schedule, including at least one weekend day and holidays
- Physical capacity for five 80-minute treatments a day, four days a week
- Ability to work onsite in Whitwell, TN

Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized massage treatments tailored to each guest's needs, preferences, and comfort level
- Perform signature couples experiences and approved modalities — Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, aromatherapy, hot stone — within training and licensure
- Deliver treatments exactly as written — adhering to specified products, soundtrack, and room settings, without personal variations
- Consult with guests before each service on pressure, focus areas, contraindications, and desired outcomes
- Maintain a calm and consistent presence in every session
- Keep the treatment space spotless and fully prepared, with support from the Spa Attendant
- Share wellness recommendations only when they genuinely serve the guest, as the Concierge handles retail
- Follow all Tennessee massage therapy regulations, sanitation standards, draping protocols, and Bolt Farm service standards
