LUMA Residential is seeking a Luxury Leasing Consultant for one of their upscale communities in the Grapevine area. This role is for a polished, energetic professional passionate about customer service, luxury living, and building a rewarding career in multifamily housing. Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of onsite apartment leasing experience (required)
  • Understand luxury branding, presentation, and attention to detail
  • Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and digital communication tools
  • Strong sales, customer service, and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communicator with strong follow-through
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and a desire to grow your career
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable, insured vehicle
  • Professional appearance aligned with luxury community standards
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence

Nice To Haves

  • Luxury apartment leasing experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
  • Experience with Yardi, CRM, or other property management software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Engage Prospective Residents by delivering personalized, high-touch tours that reflect the luxury brand of the community.
  • Present apartment homes and amenities with confidence, knowledge, and enthusiasm.
  • Follow up with prospects and build strong relationships throughout the leasing process.
  • Screen applicants using qualification standards.
  • Achieve and exceed leasing and occupancy goals, including maintaining a 33%+ conversion rate from prospect to resident.
  • Deliver an Elevated Resident Experience by providing a concierge-style customer experience at every interaction.
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Ensure the leasing office and community consistently reflect an upscale environment.
  • Create memorable first impressions that set the tone for the resident experience.
  • Support Marketing & Leasing Success by executing outreach and marketing initiatives to attract qualified prospects.
  • Utilize technology, CRM tools, and digital platforms to maximize lead conversion.
  • Support social media, resident events, and community branding efforts.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that enhance the resident experience and community reputation.
  • Be Part of a High-Performing Team by collaborating with teammates to achieve community goals.
  • Participate in resident events that support a luxury lifestyle experience.
