LUMA Residential is looking for an experienced, energetic Luxury Leasing Consultant to join our team at Vine & Vail, a beautiful luxury apartment community located in Grapevine, Texas. If you love connecting with people, creating memorable first impressions, and turning prospects into happy residents, we want to meet you! At Vine & Vale, leasing is more than opening doors and giving tours. Our Leasing Consultants help create the entire resident experience — from the first phone call or online inquiry to move-in day and beyond. We are especially interested in bilingual English/Spanish candidates who can help us connect with and serve our diverse community.
Requirements
- Previous multifamily apartment leasing experience required
- Strong sales, closing, and follow-up skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A warm, outgoing personality with the ability to connect easily with prospects and residents
- Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for a luxury community
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work successfully as part of a team
- Comfortable working with technology, online leads, and CRM systems
- Ability and willingness to work Saturdays and the community's required leasing schedule
- Active, valid driver's license required
- Current automobile liability insurance required
Nice To Haves
- Luxury leasing experience strongly preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
- Experience with Yardi and Elise AI is a plus
Responsibilities
- Welcome prospective residents and provide an exceptional leasing experience
- Conduct engaging, professional community and apartment tours
- Build relationships with prospects and identify what they're looking for in their next home
- Follow up consistently with leads and help turn inquiries and tours into leases
- Respond to phone, email, online, and CRM leads promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate prospect and resident information within the property management and CRM systems
- Assist with applications, leasing paperwork, move-ins, and renewals
- Help maintain beautiful models, tour routes, and leasing areas
- Support resident events and community activities
- Work closely with the entire onsite team to achieve occupancy, leasing, and resident satisfaction goals
- Deliver the high level of service expected at a luxury apartment community
