About The Position

Village Green is seeking a Luxury Leasing Consultant - Lease-Up Specialist for an immediate opening at The Mercer. This role is responsible for facilitating the rental of apartment units to ensure maximum occupancy, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings. Requirements

Strong sales and customer service skills
Lease-up experience
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work weekends is necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office is ideal
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must

Nice To Haves

Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required
Proficiency in property management software is a plus
1-2 years of sales experience in a multi-family environment, hospitality
An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours
Process rental applications and lease agreements.
Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals
Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach
Represents Village Green at various outside networking & social functions
