About The Position

Village Green is seeking a motivated Leasing Agent to facilitate the rental of apartment units, ensuring maximum occupancy. This role involves coordinating move-ins and move-outs, handling lease negotiations and renewals, and conducting apartment showings. The Leasing Agent will assist prospective residents, process applications, maintain positive resident relationships, and collaborate with the property management team to achieve leasing goals. Marketing available units through various channels and representing Village Green at networking events are also key responsibilities. This is a fast-paced, sales-driven environment where each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

Requirements

Strong sales and customer service skills
Lease-up experience
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to work weekends is necessary
Proficient in Microsoft Office is ideal
Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must

Nice To Haves

Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required
Proficiency in property management software is a plus
1-2 years of sales experience in a multi-family environment, hospitality
An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred
