About The Position

Heart & Home is seeking an accomplished Luxury Kitchen & Bath Designer and Sales Professional who has personally sold more than $2 million annually in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects. This is a career opportunity for an established Atlanta design-sales professional who knows how to connect with discerning homeowners, develop beautiful and highly personalized spaces, and confidently guide clients through major remodeling investments. Our ideal candidate has an established record of serving Metro Atlanta homeowners—particularly clients whose homes have a fair market value exceeding $1 million—and wants the earning potential, qualified appointments, operational support, and professional respect that should accompany that level of performance.

Requirements

• Personally sold more than $2 million in kitchen and/or bathroom remodeling projects during a single year
• A documented record of high-ticket residential remodeling sales
• Significant experience selling kitchen and bathroom projects in Metro Atlanta
• Experience serving affluent homeowners and clients with high expectations for design, communication, and service
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and bathroom space planning
• Experience with cabinetry, countertops, tile, plumbing fixtures, lighting, appliances, and interior finish selections
• Proficiency with 20/20 Design or comparable professional design software
• The ability to balance design creativity with budget, construction feasibility, scope accuracy, and gross profit
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Metro Atlanta

Responsibilities

• Conducting polished in-home consultations throughout Metro Atlanta
• Building genuine trust with affluent and design-conscious homeowners
• Listening carefully to understand each client’s lifestyle, taste, priorities, concerns, and desired investment
• Transforming client ideas into beautiful, functional, and buildable kitchen and bathroom designs
• Advising clients on cabinetry, cabinet refacing, countertops, tile, flooring, plumbing fixtures, hardware, lighting, storage solutions, appliances, and finishes
• Creating and presenting personalized design concepts, proposals, and investment options
• Helping clients make confident design and purchasing decisions without high-pressure tactics
• Leading the consultation and maintaining appropriate control of the sales process
• Addressing concerns, communicating value, and confidently asking for the sale
• Following up consistently and professionally until the client reaches a clear decision
• Protecting project profitability through complete, accurate, and well-defined scopes
• Coordinating a thorough handoff to the production and project-management teams
• Maintaining accurate CRM records, follow-up activities, and sales forecasts
• Generating referrals, reviews, repeat business, and self-sourced opportunities
