About The Position

As a Luxury Jewelry Consultant at Nemacolin, you will serve as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador for the resort, welcoming guests and members into an elevated jewelry environment where exceptional service, product expertise, and genuine connection come together. Through thoughtful conversation and a sophisticated understanding of fine jewelry, you anticipate preferences, uncover meaningful occasions, and guide guests toward pieces that are personal, memorable, and uniquely suited to their needs. Whether assisting with a special gift, selecting a statement piece, or helping a guest discover a timeless keepsake, you create an experience that feels curated, discreet, and effortless. Your refined presence, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service ensure every jewelry interaction reflects the elevated standards of a luxury resort and leaves a lasting impression.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry, high-end hospitality, or a comparable client-facing environment
  • Previous luxury retail, fine jewelry, hospitality, or sales experience preferred
  • Jewelry, gemology, or luxury brand education is a plus
  • Experience with POS systems and clientele or customer relationship management systems preferred
  • Ability to perform the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods and safely handling merchandise
  • Ability to maintain a polished and professional appearance consistent with luxury resort standards
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong sales instincts with the ability to achieve goals while maintaining a consultative, relationship-focused approach
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to confidently discuss products and translate technical or design details into engaging stories for guests
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy when handling merchandise and transactions
  • Impeccable personal presentation and professional presence
  • A natural ability to establish trust and build lasting client relationships
  • Strong discretion and sound judgment when working with high-value merchandise and guest information
  • Comfort working independently while contributing to a collaborative retail team
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and varying schedules based on resort and guest needs

  • Accurate and discreet execution of sales transactions, including POS operation, payment processing, and client information management

  • Thoughtful assistance with special orders, gift services, custom requests, and other personalized guest needs
  • Impeccable presentation of jewelry displays, showcases, merchandise, and the overall retail environment
  • Consistent adherence to inventory control, security, loss prevention, and merchandise handling procedures
  • Accurate maintenance of clientele and clientele records to support personalized follow-up and relationship development
  • Professional resolution of guest and member questions or concerns with discretion, confidence, and grace
  • Proactive identification of opportunities to enhance guest experience and drive retail sales
  • Collaboration with resort departments to create seamless experiences for guests and members celebrating special occasions
  • Adherence to all resort policies, appearance standards, security protocols, and operational guidelines
  • Active participation in departmental meetings, product education, and ongoing training to continuously strengthen jewelry and service expertise
