About The Position

The Luxury Franchise Service Manager at Paretti Imports is responsible for overseeing the provision of exceptional service to our High-Line car franchise customers. This role requires a deep understanding of our high-line car brand and a passion for delivering unparalleled customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the luxury car industry, preferably in a service management role
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with diplomacy and professionalism
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in computer programs and systems related to automotive service management

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of service advisors and technicians, ensuring efficient and high-quality workmanship
  • Develop and implement processes to improve service efficiency and customer experience
  • Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain strong relationships with luxury car brand representatives
  • Monitor service department performance, including financial targets, customer satisfaction, and employee productivity
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices, ensuring service department remains at the forefront of the luxury car industry
