Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
1+ years of proven experience in property management, hospitality, marketing, or customer service, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building community (preferred).

Responsibilities

Greeting all incoming individuals and providing guidance to residents, guests, vendors, and associates.
Act as a liaison between residents and management, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of issues.
Responsible for the day-to-day operations of resident services, including but not limited to leasing, move-ins, and move-outs. Provide guided tours of open units with current residents, resident referrals and incoming prospects, or other stakeholders as needed.
Assist with community events, workshops, and activities designed to foster connections among residents and promote collaborative environment.
Collaborate with the property management team to ensure the physical environment aligns with our community values and enhances the resident experience.
Maintain resident records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and procedures.
Monitor resident feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered.
Will be responsible for conducting routine property inspections.
