Action Property Management is seeking a full-time Luxury High Rise Concierge Associate/ Bell Person to join our team at our luxury association, Millennium Tower, in San Francisco. Requirements

  • Must be over 18 years of age and successfully pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
  • 2+ years of prior experience in a hotel or residential building preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in service and hospitality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and verbal communication skills.
  • Dependable, punctual and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holiday as required.
  • Ability to lift and transport packages, luggage, and other belongings safety.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks.
  • Exposure to varying weather conditions depending on the building layout and entrances.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests entering the lobby or calling the association.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
  • Communicate politely and clearly, both in person and over the phone.
  • Possess a working knowledge of the Association's rules, policies, and procedures.
  • Be familiar with the Association's amenities and surroundings to assist residents and guests effectively.
  • Review and update post orders regularly.
  • Leave detailed pass downs for incoming shifts.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to resolve issues related to the Front Desk.
  • Continuously seek to improve the service provided to clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all residents and guests.
  • Address inquiries and concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist residents and guests with information about the Association's amenities and services.
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations at the Front Desk.
  • Be flexible and ready to assist with tasks not strictly related to the job description when necessary.
  • Ensure that everyone is greeted with the utmost expression of gracious hospitality
  • Ensure the timely delivery of luggages, packages, groceries, etc.
  • Always be available to partner with Concierges and Door Hosts
  • Remain in assigned post position, maintaining correct stance.
  • Maintain clear passage of the car drop off area and sidewalks into the building
  • Secure taxicabs for Residents and Guests
  • Support Valet in assisting Residents and Guests into and out of their vehicles
  • Assist Residents and Guests with the loading and unloading of packages and luggage into and out of their vehicles
  • Assure safety and security of all luggage and packages
