Luxury Concierge
About The Position
Northland is seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Concierge to join our team at The Sutton, a luxury apartment community in Buckhead Village, Atlanta. As the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents, the Concierge is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional experience. This role provides exceptional customer service, assists with resident requests, coordinates package and visitor management, and serves as a resource for community amenities and local attractions while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations. This is a full-time position with a Monday-Friday schedule from 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, or a related field.
- The ability to multitask and manage time effectively while adhering to certain deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, and vendors.
- Availability to work weekends is required.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist residents, guests, vendors, and prospective residents in a professional and courteous manner.
- Serve as a primary resource for information regarding community amenities, services, policies, and local attractions.
- Assist residents with recommendations and arrangements for dining, transportation, entertainment, recreation, personal services, and other local resources as requested.
- Receive, process, and notify residents of package deliveries, mail, messages, and other correspondence.
- Maintain accurate records of resident requests, package deliveries, visitor activity, and service arrangements.
- Monitor and maintain front desk operations to ensure a welcoming and organized environment.
- Support resident events and community engagement activities as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge of community amenities, local businesses, neighborhood events, and area attractions.
- Assist with emergency procedures and support onsite teams during community incidents or emergency situations.
- Collaborate with property management, maintenance, and other onsite staff to ensure an exceptional resident experience.
