About The Position

Our expanding automotive group spans across FL, TX, OK, MO, MT, IL, IA, CO, and AZ with over 60 + locations, representing 40+ automotive, powersports, and motorcycle brands. Ed Morse is currently seeking a Luxury Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. In July 2026 this location was acquired by Ed Morse Auto Group following a recent completion of a $15 million dollar renovation and expansion! Unlimited earning potential and a base pay that is FAR above the industry average. Must have prior luxury sales experience.

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury automotive sales required
Steady work history and a strong desire to succeed
Proven sales history and CSI record may be required for review
Basic MS Office knowledge and internet proficiency
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and follow-through skills
Valid Driver's license

Nice To Haves

Former management experience is encourage but not required.

Responsibilities

Consulting with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Gain a working knowledge of the product line
Attend training offered by both manufacture and the Ed Morse Automotive Group
The professional completion of all sales related paperwork
Following the Ed Morse “Steps to the Sale” to ensure complete customer satisfaction
