Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, money-motivated, and career-focused individuals
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
Willingness to learn and grow in a sales-driven environment
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Build lasting relationships and create customers for life
Guide customers through the vehicle buying experience by listening to their needs and matching them with the right vehicle
Become an expert on luxury vehicle features, technology, and product offerings
Deliver professional vehicle presentations and test drives
Follow up with customers to generate repeat and referral business
Handle objections confidently and excel in a fast-paced sales environment
Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals
Bring energy, professionalism, and a positive attitude every day
