About The Position

The Lunchroom Supervisor at Horizon Middle School Campus is responsible for supporting students during their lunch period. This includes managing customer service, overseeing seating in the cafeteria, and directing dismissal from lunch tables. The role also involves assisting with the maintenance of the cafeteria area to ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and department requirements. The supervisor is expected to communicate effectively and work harmoniously with students and staff, projecting a positive, cooperative, and respectful attitude towards all stakeholders. This position provides essential support to meet the needs of staff, students, and community members, contributing to educational activities and programs by creating an environment where every student can reach their maximum potential. Maintaining a positive and professional educational environment at all times is a key aspect of this role.
