About The Position

Chippewa Middle School is seeking dependable, positive, and student-centered individuals to serve as Lunch Supervisor. This position helps create a safe, welcoming, and respectful lunch environment for all students. The successful candidate will enjoy working with middle school students, contribute to a team atmosphere, and provide active, consistent supervision.

Responsibilities

Actively supervise students in the cafeteria and other assigned areas.
Promote a safe, positive, and inclusive lunch environment.
Build respectful and supportive relationships with students.
Clearly communicate and consistently reinforce school expectations.
Encourage appropriate behavior, responsible decision-making, and respectful interactions.
Assist students with routines, seating, cleanup, and other lunchroom needs.
Monitor student movement and respond promptly to safety or behavioral concerns.
Work collaboratively with other lunch supervisors, school staff, and administrators.
Follow all school safety procedures and confidentiality expectations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
