About The Position

The Lunch Server is an entry-level position at Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living. The role offers flexible after-school and weekend hours, with no late nights, and provides an opportunity to build dining-service skills and grow with the company. Servers develop knowledge of menu items, specials, and preparation methods; help residents and guests choose options that suit their preferences; accurately record orders; and deliver a consistently exceptional dining experience. No prior experience is required.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old.
• No experience required.
• Good communication skills.
• Friendly and energetic attitude.
• Availability on weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in menu items, daily specials, and preparation methods.
• Share daily menu highlights and recommend options tailored to residents’ and guests’ preferences.
• Record food and beverage orders accurately.
• Deliver an exceptional dining experience consistently.
