Lunar Network Systems Engineer

KsatDenver, CO
Hybrid

About The Position

KSAT USA is seeking an experienced network engineer to maintain, design, develop, deploy, and test our networks for engineering, administrative, and operational needs. This includes day-to-day maintenance of our corporate networks based in Norway, and separate networks designated for our US-based customers. Critical skills will include deployment of worldwide network systems, network cyber security, isolation and segregation of networks, and optimization of network utilization. Responsibilities will include supporting three primary sets of users at KSAT: administrative, engineering, and operational. And, because KSAT is an international company with US-based customers, these users may be further subdivided into US-only and international access. Additionally, applying virtual network functions to cloud (private and public) based systems is also an increasingly important skill for the modernization of existing ground sites. This position will report to Randy Wright, Senior Network Systems Engineer. The role will be local to the Denver region with flexible teleworking opportunities. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
