About The Position
Become a Key Player as a Lumper. You will support the team by handling inbound freight and preparing product for warehouse operations. In this hands-on, onsite role you will work primarily in-person on either the 1st or 2nd shift (1st: Monday–Friday 6:30 AM–3:00 PM; 2nd: Monday–Friday 3:30 PM–12:00 AM with a $0.50/hr shift differential). Expect occasional overtime and infrequent Saturday coverage during peak volume.
Requirements
- Ability to perform continuous heavy manual labor for a full shift
- Prior lumping, devanning, or freight-handling experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of safe lifting and stacking technique
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Orange reflective safety vest and enclosed-toe shoes required for facility entry; badge or key fob access required at all times

Responsibilities
- Unload and floor-stack product by hand from containers and trailers
- Break down and restack pallets as directed
- Stage floor-stacked product for clamp forklift pickup
- Keep the work area clear of debris and dunnage
- Assist with general warehouse labor as volume requires
