About The Position
You will support the client's warehouse operations by physically handling inbound freight and preparing product for storage and distribution. You'll work onsite Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM (overtime up to 2 hours before or after shift as volume requires), contributing to on-time receiving and clean, safe staging for forklifts and downstream teams.
Requirements
- Ability to perform continuous heavy manual labor for a full shift
- Prior lumping, devanning, or freight-handling experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of safe lifting and stacking technique
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Required: orange reflective safety vest for facility entry and enclosed-toe shoes; badge access at all times; compliance with GFSI food-safety standards

- Spanish-speaking ability is welcomed
Responsibilities
- Unload and floor-stack product by hand from containers and trailers
- Break down and restack pallets as directed
- Stage floor-stacked product for forklift pickup
- Keep the work area clear of debris and dunnage
- Assist with general warehouse labor as volume requires
