About The Position

Freight Breakers LLC is hiring a full-time Lumper/Unloader for its furniture distribution operation in Jacksonville, Florida. This hands-on warehouse role involves unloading furniture from inbound trailers and moving products safely into the warehouse. The schedule is Sunday through Tuesday, 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM or until the work is complete. The position uses production-based pay, with typical earning potential of $800–$1,200+ per week; earnings are tied to completed work and performance. The work is physically demanding and involves large, bulky, heavy furniture, with many pieces weighing 50–100+ pounds. Trailers can become extremely hot, particularly during Florida summers, and workers remain active and on their feet through most of the shift. Training is provided, and previous related experience is helpful but not required. The company describes the work as full-time and year-round and offers advancement opportunities from Lead to Supervisor to Management.

Responsibilities

• Unload furniture from inbound trailers.
