Material Handler (Entry Level) Join Our Team We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Material Handler to join our team. In this entry-level role, you will help move, organize, and transport building materials throughout our facility to support efficient production operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and wants to build a career in manufacturing and operations. Training is provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong attention to safety and detail.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate material handling equipment.
- Strong manual dexterity and coordination.
- Understanding of workplace safety practices.
- Ability to use good judgment and follow established procedures.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience is a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, move, stack, and organize raw materials and finished products.
- Safely lift, carry, and transport materials throughout the facility.
- Operate material handling equipment, including motorized and non-motorized equipment (training provided as needed).
- Maintain the flow of materials to ensure production processes run efficiently.
- Follow established work instructions and learn best practices from supervisors and experienced team members.
