Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to operate a variety of lifts, (forklift, clamp truck, stand-up), and stretch wrap machinery, manual and/or electric hand jack, strapping equipment, bailers/compactor, and core cutter
• Ability to use precision measuring equipment such as a ruler, tape measure, caliper and micrometer
• Physical requirements – lift and manipulate unwieldly parts weighing approximately 50 lbs
• Ability to train others and willingness to cross train
• Ability to multi-task and work with little supervision in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver raw materials to production
• Packing and sorting materials
• Operating a variety of fork trucks
• Utilizing safe operating procedures
• Collaborating with team members throughout the facility
• Deliver materials to specified departments
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and supplies
• Assist other departments as needed
• Operate the paper compactor, bailers (plastic/paper), and core cutter
