About The Position

Heritage Cooperative is seeking a Lubricants Driver to join their team. This role involves serving as a positive representation of Heritage Cooperative’s Core Values, including providing superior customer service, upholding integrity and trust, continuous improvement, and being a good partner. The driver will communicate customer needs, conduct inspections, load and unload product, maintain equipment and facilities, and manage necessary logs. The position requires operating receiving systems and equipment safely and efficiently, fulfilling customer orders accurately and timely, and abiding by all safety regulations.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license, with acceptable driving record
Class A CDL
DOT Medical Certificate
(N) Tank Vehicle Endorsement
(H) Hazardous Materials Endorsement
Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when needed
Outstanding Organizational and Time-Management Skills
Excellent Communication Skills
Respectable Mechanical Skills

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Previous Propane Delivery Experience

Conduct required pre and post trip inspections
Load and unload product for delivery following weight guidelines set forth by the vehicle type
Maintain equipment and facilities in a neat, clean, safe and environmental sound condition
Maintain necessary truck and delivery logs
Operate receiving systems and equipment in a safe and efficient manner to receive product and unload trucks
Exhibit an energetic and polite attitude throughout all encounters during the workday
Fulfill customer orders in an accurate and timely fashion
Abide by all safety regulations to ensure safety of oneself, coworkers and customers
Other duties as assigned
