The Lube Technician manages all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks, diagnosing errors, determining solutions, and providing service and customer support during field visits and dispatches.

Requirements

Previous experience with diesel engines and construction equipment preferred.
Proven field service experience preferred.
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment.
Must have own tools.
Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Ability to work flexible shifts.
Military service will be considered in lieu of education/certification experience as applicable.
Successful candidates must undergo a drug test and background check before their start date.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and filter replacements.
Inspect vehicles for safety and identify potential issues.
Communicate with customers about vehicle concerns and maintenance needs.
Ensure that all work is performed in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.
Continuously learn and improve technical skills through training and development.
Assist other team members, as needed.
Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks.
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions.
Provide service and customer support during field visits and dispatches.
