About The Position

The Entry-Level Lube Technician works in a friendly, collaborative team environment to provide customer service and perform preventative maintenance services that help keep guests safe on the road. No previous automotive experience is required; training is provided through an award-winning program. Training covers oil changes, checking and refilling fluids, tire rotations, battery testing and replacement, light and wiper inspection and replacement, 18-point maintenance checks, and other preventative maintenance services.

Requirements

Schedule flexibility; weekend availability is likely.
Eagerness to learn, a friendly attitude, and a desire to work as part of a customer-focused team.
Ability to review, read, and understand written and digital training materials, safety procedures, labels, and operational instructions.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to crouch, bend, twist, and work with hands above the head.
Comfort working in a non-climate-controlled environment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests.
Perform oil changes.
Check and refill vehicle fluids.
Rotate tires.
Test and replace batteries.
Inspect and replace lights and wipers.
Perform 18-point maintenance checks and other preventative maintenance services.
