About The Position

Crain Hyundai of Bentonville is seeking a skilled and experienced Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performing routine vehicle maintenance services, with a focus on lubrication and oil changes, ensuring vehicles are serviced efficiently and to manufacturer standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Lube Technician or similar role in an automotive service environment.
• Strong knowledge of lubrication systems, oil types, and vehicle maintenance procedures.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and handle automotive parts and equipment safely.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes, lubrication, and other routine maintenance services on vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for fluid leaks, tire wear, and other basic mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and service bay.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while performing services.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers regarding vehicle maintenance needs.
• Keep accurate records of services performed and parts used.
• Assist with other service department tasks as needed.
