About The Position
Splash Car Wash, Detail, and Oil Change is hiring a part-time Lube Technician in Cabot, Arkansas. Paid training is provided for experienced technicians and mechanically inclined applicants who are eager to learn. The role performs oil changes and basic preventive maintenance while providing clear customer and team communication and helping maintain an efficient, clean, safe, and organized facility. The position is expected to work consistently for 25–29 hours per week. Midday-to-closing availability and open weekend availability are strongly preferred; Sundays are excluded. Applicants must be at least 16 years old, have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and be able to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Splash may require references and background checks and participates in E-Verify for newly hired employees.
Requirements
- Available to work 25–29 hours per week consistently.
