About The Position

Lexus of Henderson is seeking self-motivated Lube Technicians who take pride in their performance and in ensuring services are completed correctly the first time. The role involves servicing vehicles while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. Consistency, accuracy, and exceeding customer expectations are essential. Technicians receive ongoing training and work alongside an experienced team.

Requirements

• Associate's degree from a two-year college or technical school; or two to three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be legally able to work in the United States.
• Must have a driver’s license and maintain insurability.
• Must complete a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspections thoroughly and accurately document them in MPI.
• Complete assigned services effectively while ensuring quality and timeliness.
• Communicate appropriately with Service Consultants when needed.
• Conduct business honestly and with integrity, following the company’s Values, Code of Business Conduct, and policies and procedures.
