The LTL Services Representative receives, audits and processes LTL carrier invoices that will result in an accurate invoice to our customer.

Requirements

Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment.
Skilled in both verbal and written communication.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
Customer first mentality.
Customer service experience.

Nice To Haves

LTL invoicing audit experience preferred.
LTL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Receives, audits and processes LTL carrier invoices.
Contacts carrier when invoices are not received.
Matches invoices to shipments when reference number is missing on carrier invoice.
Uploads documents including Bill of Lading, Proof of Delivery, and Inspection Certificates.
Audits, disputes and resolves LTL carrier invoices.
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned.
