About The Position

Keeprite Refrigeration is seeking an LTL Freight Shipping Coordinator for their Kilgore, TX location. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments. The coordinator will work with carriers, production, and office staff to ensure freight is shipped accurately and on time. Keeprite Refrigeration is a leading North American manufacturer of commercial refrigeration products with a history spanning nearly 80 years.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Relevant work experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• At least one year of work experience in an office setting
• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures

Nice To Haves

• Experience with shipping software (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule LTL shipments with carriers
• Communicate with production and office teams regarding order details and shipment status
• Track LTL shipments and follow up on delivery issues as needed
• Manage bills of lading and other shipping documentation, such as packing lists and proof of delivery
• Maintain accurate shipment information and follow company shipping procedures
