About The Position

As the Regional Resident Maintenance Manager, you will lead all aspects of maintenance operations across multiple facilities within your region, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing budgets, and leading maintenance teams’ performance and development.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a customer service-related field is desired.
Must be willing to travel 40% of the time to multiple customer sites within the assigned region.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in management (manager level).
Technical knowledge and maintenance operations are required
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills for managing internal/external customers and technical personnel.

Responsibilities

Manage maintenance activities across various properties, ensuring that all facilities are well-maintained and aligned with company and OSHA safety regulations.
Develop and lead regional budgets, ensuring that maintenance costs are controlled, so they correspond to financial targets.
Supervise and train site maintenance leadership & staff, encouraging a collaborative environment and improving team capabilities through effective mentoring and development.
Establish and supervise preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and facilities.
Select and manage relationships with maintenance-related vendors and contractors, ensuring quality service delivery.
Conduct routine inspections and client meetings on properties to identify maintenance issues and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, prepare progress reports, and document maintenance logs.
