About The Position
Hilltop Park Post Acute is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility. Duties may include supervising nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments. The facility provides onsite rehabilitation services to help residents regain independence and has two large rehabilitation gyms. The organization emphasizes compassionate care, collaboration, integrity, teamwork, and a positive atmosphere. Part-time shifts are available: 6 a.m.–2 p.m. on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, or 10 p.m.–6 a.m. with a weekend rotation.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
