About The Position
Sierra Post Acute is hiring LPNs to join their team. They are looking to expand their team to allow for the highest level of care for their residents. The role involves joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check
Nice To Haves
- Experience in LTC/SNF a plus!
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility; may include supervision of nurse assistants, medication passes and treatments
