About The Position
Boulder Post Acute is hiring full-time LPNs to provide nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility. The role may include supervising nurse assistants, medication passes, and treatments. The facility describes its environment as a place where staff can get to know patients and team members and feel valued. Full-time positions are available on 6 a.m.–6 p.m. and 6 p.m.–6 a.m. schedules; PRN positions are also available on all shifts, with 8- and 12-hour shifts. A $1,000 bonus is available for full-time hires and is paid out over six months. The stated rate range is $35–$44.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado.
- Current CPR certification.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and Colorado CAPS background check.
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility.
- May supervise nurse assistants.
- Perform medication passes and treatments.
