LPN - SCP-Charleston - Signing Bonus!
About The Position
The LPN works in a fast-paced outpatient medical office, providing hands-on care to a diverse patient population and helping patients feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. The role involves patient assessments, medication administration, vital-sign collection, and other patient-care tasks. The LPN collaborates with doctors, nurses, and medical staff to support a positive patient experience and helps keep office operations organized in a high-energy environment. The listed schedule options are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. or 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with a rotating Saturday shift from 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. A $1,500 signing bonus is offered in exchange for a one-year commitment.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
- Maintain appropriate state licensure.
- Passion for patient care.
- Ability to multitask.
- Strong communication skills when interacting with patients, families, and team members.
- Adaptability and efficiency in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
