About The Position

We are looking for a caring and skilled LPN to provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring safety, comfort, and dignity. The role delivers care within the state nursing scope of practice, administers prescribed medications and treatments, monitors residents’ conditions, supports daily living and personal care, coordinates with families and providers, supervises caregivers and medication technicians, and maintains accurate documentation and infection-control standards.

The stated schedule is 6 AM–6 PM, and the qualifications call for a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Experience in memory care is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.

Requirements

• Graduate of a state-approved nursing program.
• Active LPN license.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care within the state nursing scope of practice.
