About The Position

Red Cliffs Post Acute is hiring LPN's for Full Time 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts, as well as PRN 6am-6pm and 6pm-6am shifts. At Red Cliffs Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents. We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents. You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.

Requirements

• Current, unencunbered license to practice as an LPN in Colorado
• CPR certification
• Ability to pass a criminal background check as well as Colorado CAPS background check

Nice To Haves

• Experience in LTC/SNF is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
• May include supervision of nurse assistants
• Medication passes and treatments
