About The Position

Brompton Heights Senior Living in Williamsville is hiring compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to provide resident-centered nursing care as part of a supportive team. This is a full-time evening position, with a shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. The role focuses on building meaningful relationships with residents and helping create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where they are treated with dignity and respect.

Requirements

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State.
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills.
• Dependable team player who can also work confidently and independently.

• Previous senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and ensure accurate documentation.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and promptly communicate concerns.
• Respond to resident needs and provide support during the shift.
• Provide direction and support to care team members.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other care team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Follow individualized service plans, community policies, and applicable regulations.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity and respect.
