About The Position
Benedictine is seeking dynamic and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to residents. The LPN uses the principles of Relationship Based Care when performing duties, completes initial data collection for residents, and participates in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN. The role is part of a not-for-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica and guided by the values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice.
Requirements
- Current state licensure as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience preferred.
