About The Position
Benedictine is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care to residents. The LPN uses the principles of Relationship Based Care, conducts initial data collection on residents, and participates in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN. Benedictine and its ministry partners are a nonprofit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica. The organization is guided by the core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice, and aims to provide a comforting and empowering culture for residents and team members.
Requirements
- Hold a current State license as a Practical Nurse in good standing.
- Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Nice To Haves
- Clinical experience preferred.
Responsibilities

- Conduct initial data collection on all residents.
- Participate in implementing person-driven care plans developed by an RN.
