About The Position

Freedom Village is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for its senior living community in Holland, Michigan. The role provides high-quality, personalized nursing care in a resident-centered environment and offers the opportunity to build lasting relationships with residents and families. Nurses from acute care backgrounds—including medical-surgical, telemetry, step-down, and rehabilitation—as well as long-term care are welcome to apply.

The position includes supervising Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants and supporting a warm, hospitality-driven community. Available shifts are first shift, 6 a.m.–2 p.m., and second shift, 2 p.m.–10 p.m. Applicants can choose a schedule, with options including Monday–Friday, weekends only, or every other weekend. The posting offers full- and part-time positions.

Pay is $24.50–$34.00 per hour, depending on experience and shift. Sign-on bonuses are $4,500 for part-time and $12,500 for full-time employees. Annual retention bonuses range from $2,500 to $5,000.

Requirements

• Hold a current Michigan LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in a senior living environment.
• Supervise Quality of Life Specialists and Resident Assistants.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and encourage independence.
• Identify changes in residents, update care plans, and reassess residents.
• Provide daily updates to the Director of Health Services.
• Administer nursing care according to physician orders.
• Coordinate preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative services.
